UV/LED Porcelain Top, No wipe - a milk top without a sticky layer. the "golden mean" between transparent and milky white top. Semi-transparent, as if a blurred shade reminiscent of non-fat milk in a glass beaker. This top creates a milky veil on a gradient or color without additional overlap.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Prepare the nail plate with a PNB buff, removing gloss from the entire nail surface.
Apply Nail Dehydrator and Bond Control to the entire plate.
Apply the PNB Base.
Remove the dispersion layer with Nail Prep, if required.
Apply a 1-2 layer color gel polish, curing each layer.
Apply Porcelain Top, No wipe over the colored gel polish in 1 thin layer (curing time in a UV lamp 2 minutes or in a LED lamp 90 seconds).
Recommendations:
If the top has not been used for a long time, the bottle should be turned upside down and rolled between the palms of your hands before use for even distribution of the pigment.
