The particle tops from the Louis range are irregularly shaped and shimmer with a holographic glow. You can use the tops as a top coat, or under gel or cuticle base to achieve a princess nail effect.
How to use:
Apply the top coat to a nail painted with hybrid polish/base or made with builder gel and cure for approximately 45 seconds.
If you want a matte effect, apply a matte Louis top coat with polish, then apply Top Velor NTN Premium and cure for approximately 60 seconds.
